Badminton Racket Video Consultation

Talk your next badminton racket through with a Central Sports specialist on a 20-minute video call. We play the game, string rackets every day and fit players in our Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Cardiff and Hereford stores. Now you can get the same advice from home.

How the £20 works

• Buy on the call: the £20 comes off your order.
• Don't buy on the call: we add £20 store credit to your Central Sports account to spend later.

Either way, you get your £20 back in value.

What we cover

• Your level, playing style, singles or doubles, and any arm or shoulder issues
• Weight (4U/3U), balance and shaft flex, and what they mean for your game
• A shortlist of 2–3 rackets in stock, with honest pros and cons
• String and tension advice for your new racket

How to book

1. Buy the consultation.
2. We email you within one working day to arrange a time that suits you (Monday to Saturday).
3. Join the video call from your phone or laptop.
