Refund policy

In order to return a product please complete a returns request by logging into your account and clicking return.

Provided the item is returned unused and in a re-sellable condition, we will endeavour to provide you with your preference of a refund, exchange or replacement as quickly as possible. In the case of an exchange or replacement being unavailable, we will refund your order. If your return is due to an error on our part (wrong item dispatched, damaged item, etc), we will provide you with a pre-paid postage label that will be attached to this notification. In all other instances, we are unable to cover or refund the cost of returning items to us.

When returning an item bought in a special offer/BYOB Bundle/package for example buy one get one free - then the entire transaction will be treated as returned and the product you have kept sold at the full price meaning your refund will be the difference only losing your right to the discount achieved in the first transaction.

Please send the item back to us at the provided returns address (YC Sports - Returns, 13 Ipswich Road, Cardiff, CF23 9AQ, Cardiff) with a copy of the returns authorisation, the reason for your return, and whether you require a refund, exchange or replacement. This information allows us to process your return as quickly as possible, so please make sure you include it with the return so there are no delays! Please note we cannot refund any premium shipping charges unless the product is faulty, damaged or has a manufacturing fault.

Alternatively please bring the goods physically back to your local store and we can process the exchange for you on the spot provided we have stock. Please be aware that refunds are dealt with through the banks merchant services, your details and payments are not held by us so refunds will not be issued immediately in store and can take upto 10 working days be in your bank.
